    5. Orders and Payment: Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be completed before order processing begins.
    6. Shipping and Delivery: Shipping times vary depending on location and product availability.
    7. Returns and Refunds: Returns are accepted within a specified period, subject to our return policy.
    8. Warranties and Liability: We do not provide warranties beyond those required by law. Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product.

    11. Delivery of Products Purchased on the Shop
    • Laptops and Tablets: 4-7 business day
    1. Transfer away fee: Please take note we have a transfer away fee payable before we will accept a transfer away request.
    2. Hosting and Social Media:  Hosting and Social Media payments are payable in advance every month.

      Payment Terms

      • Hosting fees are billed monthly in advance (or annually if selected).

      • Payment is due within 7 days of invoice.

      • Late payments may incur suspension of services.

      • A reconnection fee will be applicable after suspension.

      • When suspended:

        • Databases, APIs, mobile app services, and backend access will be disabled.

        • A mobile app may remain visible on Google Play or the App Store, but it will not function.

      • Snappy.click is not liable for:

        • Any business losses caused by non-payment suspension

        • App or website downtime caused by the Client’s actions

        • Losses caused by third-party services (Google Play, payment gateways, etc.)

    3. Website development:  We require a 50% deposit before we start with a new project.
    4. Amendments:  We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
    5. Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
